Blue Burgeon Distance Selling Agreement

ARTICLE 1 - PARTIES

ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT

This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation, concerning the sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically by the Buyer from the Seller's website [www.blueburgeon.com].

ARTICLE 3 - PRODUCT DETAILS

The type, quantity, brand/model, color of the product, total sales price including all taxes, payment method, and delivery information are as specified during the order process.

ARTICLE 4 - GENERAL PROVISIONS

4.1. The BUYER acknowledges that they have read and understood the basic characteristics of the product, the sales price, payment method, and preliminary information regarding delivery on the website [www.blueburgeon.com], and has provided necessary confirmation electronically.

4.2. The Seller undertakes to deliver the contractual product in full compliance with the specified specifications in the order and, if any, with warranty documents and user manuals within the period specified in the preliminary information on the website.

ARTICLE 5 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

5.1. The BUYER may exercise their right of withdrawal from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product to themselves or to the person/organization at the specified address, without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without stating any reason.

ARTICLE 6 - CASES WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED

6.1. The right of withdrawal cannot be used for goods prepared according to the consumer's requests or clearly personalized.

ARTICLE 7 - RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

7.1. In the implementation of this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees within the value announced by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Turkey and Consumer Courts at the BUYER's or SELLER's domicile are authorized.

ARTICLE 8 - EFFECTIVENESS

8.1. The BUYER acknowledges and declares that they have accepted all the terms of this agreement by confirming electronically.
